All transportation bookings with SNC Limo (Smooth & Comfy) must be made through our authorized booking platform, website, or designated dispatch representatives. Reservations are deemed confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation notice detailing your itinerary, selected vehicle class, and pickup specifics. We recommend booking in advance to improve vehicle availability, particularly for airport, group, and specialty vehicle reservations.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate travel details at the time of booking, including accurate pickup addresses, passenger counts, flight numbers for airport transfers, contact numbers, and special route requests. Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup point at the designated time. Any failure to provide correct itinerary information may result in delays or service adjustments.

Rates for chauffeur services, airport transfers, hourly service, and point-to-point transportation may vary based on vehicle class, trip distance, duration, scheduled time, and other reservation requirements. Applicable charges, including any authorized tolls, parking, additional waiting time, additional stops, or other applicable charges, will be communicated during booking or reflected in the reservation confirmation. Valid payment information may be required to secure a reservation.

Requests for route modifications, additional stops, schedule adjustments, or changes in passenger numbers must be communicated to our dispatch team as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate modifications, adjustments remain subject to chauffeur availability, vehicle scheduling, and potential fare revisions as detailed in your updated confirmation.

Cancellation and no-show policies may vary based on vehicle category, service type, reservation requirements, and other booking conditions. Applicable cancellation terms, notice requirements, and any charges or refund eligibility will be communicated during booking or stated in the reservation confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms applicable to their reservation.

Waiting-time allowances and charges vary depending on the type of service and reservation. For airport transfers, SNC Limo may monitor available flight information to assist with arrival coordination. Any applicable waiting-time allowance and charges for additional waiting will be communicated during booking or stated in the reservation confirmation.

Passengers must conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger the chauffeur, other passengers, the public, or the vehicle. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, unlawful activity, and threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct are prohibited in SNC Limo vehicles. Passengers must comply with applicable seatbelt and safety laws. SNC Limo may refuse or terminate service when reasonably necessary to protect safety, comply with law, or prevent damage to a vehicle. The customer may be responsible for costs resulting from intentional or negligent damage caused by the customer or members of the customer's party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Passenger and luggage capacity varies by vehicle class. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate passenger count and informing SNC Limo of unusually large or excessive luggage when booking. All passengers and luggage must fit safely within the legal and operational capacity of the assigned vehicle. SNC Limo may require a larger or additional vehicle when the requested transportation cannot be safely accommodated by the reserved vehicle class. Additional charges may apply when a reservation must be modified.

SNC Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation according to the confirmed itinerary. However, travel times and arrival times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, government actions or restrictions, airport conditions, and other unforeseen events. SNC Limo will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant disruptions and, where reasonably possible, assist with alternative arrangements. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Reservations are generally made by vehicle class unless a specific vehicle model is expressly confirmed in writing. SNC Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide the reserved vehicle class. When operational circumstances require a substitution, we may provide a comparable or higher vehicle class when reasonably available. A particular make, model, color, configuration, or feature is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as part of the reservation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SNC Limo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our transportation services or website. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, SNC Limo's liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

The content, branding, booking interfaces, and design elements on sncomfy.com are proprietary property of SNC Limo. You agree to use the website solely for lawful purposes, including checking service availability, submitting inquiries, and managing legitimate transportation reservations.

SNC Limo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will be governed by the terms and booking conditions communicated or made available in connection with that reservation, except where changes are required by applicable law.
